Geelong West Giants will host Bell Park Dragons in the Kardinia Park All-Abilities Football Grand Final at West Oval Reserve this Sunday at 12.45pm.
The Giants will enter the Grand Final as the team to beat after finishing the home and away season undefeated with eight wins and a draw from their nine games.
That draw coming against their Grand Final oponent the Dragons, who'll enter the contest with confidence after winning their past two games to close out the home and away season.
Prior to the Grand Final, third-placed Newcomb Power will play fourth-placed St Joseph's in the Consolation Final at 11am.
