An exciting opportunity awaits the right person, to lead and develop a young and talented group in Victoria's premier regional football competition.

The Geelong West Giants Football Club is seeking expressions of interest for the position of Senior Head Coach or Co-Coach for the 2026 season and beyond.

We are a proud and ambitious club, committed to building a strong football program that supports player development, fosters community engagement, and achieves on-field success. With a talented young list and strong club support, this could be your chance to make a real impact.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are proven senior head or assistant coaches with demonstrated leadership ability
• Have experience at a high level of football (AFL, VFL, GFNL, or equivalent)
• Are passionate about developing young players and creating a strong team culture
• Are exceptional communicators and team-builders
• Are willing to work collaboratively within the club’s football and leadership structure
• Playing coaches are encouraged to apply
