Torquay Football Club is seeking expressions of interest for the roles of Senior Female Football and Under 17 Girls Coach for 2026.

Torquay is looking for a passionate and dedicated coaches to lead their Female Programs - someone who aligns with their core values and is committed to building a strong, sustainable future for women’s football within our community.

Key Attributes:

• Run a well-structured program which develops all players & builds a strong club culture
• Be passionate and create a fun & inclusive environment
• Previous experience
• Good communication style with players and club officials
• Strong game day leadership and implementation of on-field strategies
• Leads recruitment & retention of players
