The inaugural “Let’s Kick Cancer” game between Grovedale and Leopold will be held on the 29th of April at the Grovedale Football Club.
Knowing personally how this devastating disease affects not just our football/netball community but our greater community, we wanted to do our part in helping provide funds for the ongoing, battle that the Andrew Love Cancer Centre, and it’s patients and families faces every day.
Our motivation behind the day, is that we have all been affected by this crippling disease and wanted to continue to create awareness through our sporting passions, footy and netball.
We are having a luncheon on the day, with guest speakers, Tim McGrath and an Andrew Love Cancer Centre representative, as well as special appearances from Cam Guthrie and Patrick Dangerfield. We also have some great raffle and auction items.
You can get your tickets through www.trybooking.com/261436 for just $20. Alternatively a small amount of tickets will be available at the Grovedale and Leopold football/netball clubs. Contact Tim Russell on 0400 571 584 or email us on email@example.com for more information. Tickets will be limited to 250, so get in quick.
If you are unable to attend our day, you are welcome to donate money to http://www.barwonhealthfundraising.org.au/event/letskickcancer.
We look forward to seeing those that can make it there and together “LET’S KICK CANCER”
