Hawks on the hunt for Women’s Coach

With the recent exciting news about Drysdale Hawks entering a women’s football team in the AFL Goldfields Women’s competition, this creates an opportunity for the club to appoint a Senior Coach for the 2017 season, and beyond.

The successful candidate would have to be available to run training, and games on the weekend, as well as have the passion to assist the club in growing the women’s version of our great game at a local level. Being part of the inaugural season will be a huge honour for all involved, and Drysdale Hawks Football Club is committed to ensuring the success and growth of Women’s Footy in Geelong for many years to come.

Our intention is to have a strong focus on skills and development, as our club intends to enter teams in up to 4 different age groups across Women’s Footy in 2017 and beyond, and the right candidate will assist in setting the standards and programs for our club to follow in the future.

Remuneration is available for the right candidate, please contact our President – Greg Collier on 0432 180 732 / gregcollier1@hotmail.com to apply or for further information.

We will also consider any unsuccessful candidates to be part of the team in Assistant & Development roles, to ensure the team gets as much support as possible.
