The official 2020 CDFNL fixture has been announced, with plenty to get the fans excited heading into the new season. Headlining the 2020 season will be the ANZAC Day round, with the first ever CDFNL football match under lights set to take place. With ANZAC Day falling on Saturday, April 25- Simpson and Birregurra (at Central Reserve) and Lorne and Irrewarra-Beeac (at Stribling Reserve) will play twilight matches, whilst Colac Imperials and Western Eagles will clash in a traditional night match at Western Oval.

In other notable matches, Lorne and Alvie will play a standalone match on April 11th in a blockbuster clash, whilst the Swans and Irrewarra-Beeac will play their annual country match on Sunday, May 3rd.

The Grand Final rematch between Premiers Lorne and South Colac will take place in Round seven.

AFL Barwon is again hosting four themed rounds in 2020, with Love the Game on the weekend of May 2, Beyond Blue and KEMPE Read the Play combining for one mega round on June 13, and TAC Towards Zero Round on July 18.
