Torquay Football Club is seeking expressions of interest for the role of Senior Women's Coach for 2026.
Torquay is looking for a passionate and dedicated coach to lead their Women’s Program - someone who aligns with their core values and is committed to building a strong, sustainable future for women’s football within our community.
Key Attributes:
- Run a well-structured program which develops all players & builds a strong club culture
- Be passionate and create a fun & inclusive environment
- Previous experience
- Good communication style with players and club officials
- Strong game day leadership and implementation of on-field strategies
- Leads recruitment & retention of players
